Before we moved to Nebraska, the first thing I did was look for a Rising Tide group near Lexington. (Rising Tide is a group of creative entrepreneurs who believe in community over competition and there are local groups all over the world.) I figured there’d be one in Omaha, but I was thrilled to discover there was one in Kearney only 45 minutes away! Kasey is the leader of our group and I have loved getting to know her and becoming friends with her. She is also a photographer and on top of that she has an online boutique with some of the cutest clothes called Dear Birdie.
