I met my husband on a blind date at Disneyland and thus began the whirlwind of a lifetime. We married a year after dating and had our first child a little over a year after our first anniversary. The following year we moved from California to Virginia. The following year we had another baby. In 2010 we adopted our youngest daughter. Shortly after I started my photography business. My photography is more than my job, it's an extension of me as I've learned so much about myself through it and through running this business. Every time I take a photo, I'm sharing a piece of my heart.
A Brief history:
I love creating something new while preserving the soul of what it is. I strive to do this in my photography and my life. When I take portraits, I don't pose my clients in ways that make them look a certain way. I try to create moments where their personalities shine through. In my life I strive to grow and change while holding onto the things that make me, me.

My goal is to create portraits that your grandchildren and great grandchildren will look through gathered around the dining room table and that they will be able to see a true reflection of who you were.

My job is not to simply take photos of your family, it’s to help tell the story of your family with images and albums that your children and grandchildren will look through for years to come. That is why I believe in capturing real moments. Those perfectly imperfect moments that make your family truly unique. The ones that create a heritage and a legacy every time you look at them.
