Mother’s Day is on Sunday and we are hosting for the first time in our new home! It has taken a little while for this place to feel like home, but it’s definitely getting there. I’ve hung our photos because a house doesn’t feel like a home until my photos are on our walls, lit candle to make the place smell pretty and I think having friends and family over for a meal will be the thing that solidifies it!
On Easter, it struck me how special it is that we had four generations of woman in one place and so I had my husband take a photo of us. I absolutely love this photo because it reminds me that two strong, amazing women helped shape me into the woman I am today and that because of these women, I am able to raise these beautiful girls to be strong and amazing. The relationships between mothers and daughters is beautiful and I would love to capture that for other mothers and daughters and grandmothers and granddaughters. So for the next week if you book a Mother/Daughter session, I will gift you with three mini-accordion albums. Click HERE to book your session. I hope all you mamas have a beautiful, amazing weekend. I hope you can slow down and not worry about the thing that we mothers have to worry about every day. I hope that you can stop and just enjoy all the wonderful things that come with being a mother. The hugs and cuddles and laughter.
And here are a few of my favorite Mother/Daughter moments that I’ve taken!
