College Bound | Apps & Studying

Uncategorized

the blog:

It’s about a month and a half until graduation and most of you seniors are already checked out and headed to college in your minds. Unfortunately, you’ve still got to get through finals, which means  a lot of studying. To help you out, I’ve put together a list of apps that may make studying a little easier. And these are great apps to use when college classes start in the fall!

gFlash+ Flashcards & Tests (FREE)

I’m all about conservation, so I especially love this app because it saves  a ton of paper! It allows you to create, download, and manipulate flashcards. You can use it for any and every subject and integrates really well with Google Drive.

Margins ($3.99)

This app helps you keep notes from all the readings you have to do in one place. It keeps your notes organized by  book and page numbers and each note can have a quote or comment. One of the best parts: you can search your notes with keywords.

Quiet Hours (FREE)

Not going to lie, I should have used this app while writing this blog post because I may or may not have gotten Facebook for a hot second and then realized 30 minutes had passed! This app helps you focus by blocking you from those pesky distractions for a certain amount of time.

Wagmob ($1.99)

Wagmob has a separate app for many different subjects (mostly math and sciences) and you can use it to study basic concepts, use flashcards and get quizzed.

If you have any other apps or tips that help you study, share them in the comments!

Happy studying!
